Yas! You made it to Step 2⭐️

After realizing so much about yourself, your health, and your situation, it is normal, and OKAY, to feel however you feel. Whether you are tired, overwhelmed, numb, angry, sad, or all of it. it is Valid.

This is where we move into step 2 (two).

In this step. you learn what it is your mind, body, and inner you need to process and move on more in full control, vs, just surviving.

You are about to start going what you want/need, and not what had to be done for others. This allows you to successfully process all the emotional waves and events you are going through.

After realizing more about your situation, partner, and yourself in step 1, it is natural to feel like you have a hundred questions….

Yet, at the same time, all those questions equal one. “.... What now?”

After experiencing a toxic relationship, it is common to feel lost, empty, or feelings of having nothing. This is valid after everything you been through.  The types of emotional and mental abuse, along with financial abuse that exist in a toxic environment, it’s common for us to be left with a negative bank account and backed up loans/debts.  “What now?”

Thankfully we live in a world with information at our fingertips, and with platforms that have made it easier to share our stories with those who also get it. But where to look or start can feel overwhelming, But I am Proud of everything who has experienced some dark days and choose to keep going and share with others/find others who get it. It makes a huge difference each day as each one of us chooses to keep going.

Now we get to have sites like this one to spread the word and have the tools you need to make each day just a little better than the one before.

It is in this stage of discovering more about yourself that you gain control over your confidence and strength. There is so much to be proud in yourself for 💖 And now there’s options/ tools available to help make it all make sense and recover quicker. You'll be surprised how much there is to be excited for each new day.

Knowledge gives you the power to be in control of your emotions. Knowledge gives you the power over your thoughts to stay in control of the present,

And with this, you have the power to protect yourself from those who hurt you, or tried to✨
