Drop the Stigmas around Mental Health.

For too long people are put down and labeled, told they are choosing to be broken and having sad thoughts. 

"Crazy, delusional, attention-hungry" these labels would never be placed on a diabetic or cancer patient. Just like diabetics or cancer patients, mental health is PHYSICAL, physical health concerns, a battle with an organ that has fallen ill, giving symptoms as a cry for help. Which organ? the Brain.

Mental Health disorders or illnesses can all be linked to the brain, its five main parts, the cells, neurotransmitters, all of it. It is not a made-up thought, but instead the organ that is in charge of creating thoughts and running the body, like a motherboard to a computer, if the motherboard is overloaded, and overworked, it can burn up and cause the whole system to malfunction or shut down. Think of this with the Brain and the Body, If the Brain is overworked, stressed out, or traumatized, it will cause the Body to malfunction (depression, anxiety, panic. Flashes, for a few examples) or even shut down (major Depression or suicide ideation)

So drop the stigmas and many labels keeping everyone confused and let us all motivate each other to focus on their brain, and what it needs to recover.
